Question Brakes Scraping

I changed my front brakes last night and didn't realize that the shop that cuts my rotors was closed for vacation. Anyway, the rotors didn't look too bad. There was a small lip at the edge, but I didn't think it would be a problem and I needed my car done for this morning. Now I'm getting alot of scraping coming from both sides. I know its just the new pads hitting the lip, but its annoying. My dad told me to give it a few days and it should go away. What do you guys think? Should I take it all apart again and have the rotors cut or leave it alone and see what happens??

Cool

without the rotors being turned, it'll take the pads a few days for them to wear into the rotors..
