5.0 Exhaust Size

Hey, I need some help from my 5.0 brothers (I drive a 4.6 and don't know the answer to this question). What is the size of the stock exhaust on a 5.0? 2.25 inch? or 2.5 inch? Or, does it depend on the year?

GT's have 2 1/4 dual exhaust, Cobras have 2 1/2" (i believe).

i think they are both 2.25 because when we took the exhaust off my friends 94 cobra it was 2.25
