where to buy ?
Looking for a place to parts over the web. My first experience was bad, North American Motorsports. Charged for but did not receive parts. Expect problems. What is a dependable recommendation?

Summit Racing. I have bought almost everything from them. Usually they have the best prices and customer service has been excellent in my experience. I have always used their catalog, although they have a website also.

Speaking of Summit, what is the usual turn around time on parts and are they a good place for gaskets, bought some new heads and need head gaskets, valve cover gaskets, ARP head bolts, etc...Good place to go?

Jegs is good too and they have a web site. Summit is good, the 2 are about the same.
I've noticed something about summit lately, it doesn't matter what you order the shipping is the same... $6.95. I ordered a small part(less than 1#) and shipping was 6.95. I ordered a set of weld rims shipping was 6.95 for the whole set. I guess it 6.95 per order. Just curious, why do you want just online dealers?? |

The summit charge is a handling/processing fee......shipping is actually "free". I have bought almost everything from Summit, Jegs is also good. I have purchased stuff from from www.holcomania.com they have good stuff.

Ahh.. that must be Holcomb motorsports. I didn't know they had a web page. I've dealt with them many many times. Not the cheapest but a damn good dealer.

Try Gene Evans Ford for Ford SVT parts. Great prices and online ordering too.

Summit is great, but I usually buy just parts from www.stangparts.com they're fast and nice and I've never had a problem with them. BTW Summits site is www.summitracing.com
