well look at the total package...

You would be installing heads, cam, intake, Throttlebody, MAF, and Injectors. You would also want some accesory items... Like a fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump. But The holley systemmax system should be good for about 325 flywheel horsepower with injectors, fuel pump, and regulator. I don't think the 1.7's are needed if your going to install a cam and heads, there are better pieces out there for 1.6's with aluminum heads
