yep, sounds like your rotors are a little toasted.
heat can warp them, as well as incorrect torqueing of the wheel lugs (like when some moron at a shop blaps the air gun on them).

if there is enough meat left and runout is not excessive, you can turn them. if not, i think new ones are cheap (stock replacements). good luck.
