You should pic up 2 or 3 tenths if you get your DRs nice and hot and find the correct tire pressure.

you should be able to run a 12.8 - 12.9 if you figure out the best way to launch your car.
If you want real traction, upgrade your suspension and get some slicks.

does poly-uerathane bushings up front count as front-end suspension?? I hope to spray in 2nd gear now as opposed to 3rd like before w/o tires! we'll see!!

well just to give you an idea of what 112mph can get you, i ran 12.08@112.2mph
but thats with a pretty decent suspension setup and slicks, and i had a 1.55 60ft time on that one I don't think theres any point in putting much money into an engine combo unless you are going to back it up with the proper suspension to get that power to the ground. People always used to think I was lying about my combo when it was stock headed running a full second faster than their aluminum headed car with no suspension. slap some slicks on there and it will go mid 12's easy, then get some good control arms and struts/shocks, and it will go even faster

Generally when you put on slicks and run the car compared to regular street tires, your trap speed drops. Just a little FYI
