Thoughts on Combo?
I think i might have figured out a decent combo for my stang, altho the whole combo is not complete. As I would like some input on such things as the MAF and such.
GT40P Heads Typhoon upper/lower Instake E303 Cam Paxton Novi 1k w/ 6psi 2.5" exhaust w/ off-road H-pipe BBK Longtubes 65 or 70mm TB? 30# Injectors? I'm not really sure what else I need to complete this combo. I'm not really sure about the TB, MAF, injector size, and I'm not really sure what kind of machine work i should get done to the heads and intake. But all in all does this combo show potential at all?

I'd step up to 42# injectors or at least 36's. You may plan to run 6 psi with the little Novi but bigger injectors would give you room to grow when you spin it faster. Also, ditch the FMU. It's garbage.
For MAF, I'd say a Pro-M 80mm and a 70mm TB.

I'm still not sure about the exact cam i want to go with. Going to have a guy from work put my heads together. So I'm still undecided what kind of valves, springs, etc to get. One more thing...how much boost would I be safe with?

I would say look into a different set of heads. I love the P's but for forced induction there's a lot of better choices out there. The P's work well for NA set ups but some of the better flowing heads will yield better results for the blower route. But if you got the heads cheap and plan on sticking with them that's fine too. But they'll raise your compressioni ratio a bit...probably not enough to matter though. I'd say a 75-80mm MAF and a 70-75mm tb should do just fine. There's a lot of good cams out there for blower setups. Your best bet would be to figure out what the heads flow after they are ported and what not then choose a cam based on that and the psi you plan to run.

Ditch the E-303 cam, it sucks ass.
I'd go with a TFS #1 cam or if you've got the money the ideal set-up would be a custom ground Ed Curtis cam. I also agree with StangCrazy, ditch the #30 injectors in favor of a set of #42's. Pulley the Novi for 8-9psi -Josh, aka the tireburner

The main reason I'm looking at the GT40P Heads, is because I can get a Pair NIB Bare for $150. The other thing is, I am trying to stick to a budget around $4k. Might be a little less, might be a little more depending on if I can save my money up a little instead of drinking it away. Would I be safe running 8-9 Psi on the stock bottom end? I just want to make sure of things before I start buying everything.

You'll be fine with 8-9 psi on the stock bottom end. People have pullied their Novi's for 15 psi with a stock bottom end. 8-9 won't be a problem.
