Angry Bad rattle

I have what I think is a loose heat shield that's buzzing at its resonant frequency, under acceleration between 2000rpm and 2400-2500.

Could this possibly be anything serious? I want to hear opinions and ideas before I drop what I'm doing and jack the car up to look under it.
