Default best adj. fuel pressure reg.

i am lokking into a new adj. fuel regulator and was just woundering what the best on is and if u can run a pressure gauge off of all the adj. ones.

i know u can run one on stock ones but its kinda hgard to hook up and i know that some adj. ones just a matter of hooking up somthing right to the unit.

anything will help thanks

I'll second that, love my Aeromotive. And yes you can hook up a fuel pres. gauge off the Aeromotive reg.

Red face DONT GO WITH BBK

I went through maybe 4 different BBK regulators from summit and they all were busted. Before they gave me my areomotive one which works like a charm....

306' ported and polished heads gt-40 intake upper and lower, aeromotive FPR, bbk cold air, 36 LBS injectors, MSD- ignition, T5 Tranny, Aluminum DS, 8.8 3.73 spool rear end, Nitrous Works 175 shot, Mickey Thompson 26x10x15 at 8 LBS. Ran a 11.23 @120.5mph

I use a Kirban AFPR and it works great. I put my guage on the schrader valve.

I like Kirban myself. IMHO one of the best FPR on the market.

sorry to butt in, but where is the stock unit located and what is involved in changing it, it is hard to get at?

Located on passenger side fuel rail near firewall, its the round thing with the small vacuum line coming off the top of it.

areomotive where do i get that one threw i am from canada and was guna get from the states but i have only seen that i can get a bbk one and i dont want one of thoses ones.

Where abouts in Ontario are you from?? I'm in London and used Performance Unlimited, I believe that RCO also carries them.

We have the Kirban regulators in stock , and we sell them with a liquid filled fuel pressure guage and fittings necessary to screw into the fuel rail for $89.95 , you can order online anytime at www.neweraperformanceparts.com .

When I picked up mine, I paid about $200 CDN for the Aeromotive Reg from Performance Unlimited.
