BBK Fender CAI

Is the filter inn the BBK unit a K&N filter? It sure looks like it, but it has BBK on the butt end of it. If it is can it be cleaned and oiled like a K&N? Also, how does one properly clean it.

Its not a K&N but I was curious to about that also because I wanna try cleaning this one before I spend like $60 on a real filter.

Do you know the K&N part number for the filter for the BBK CAI?

It's just a copy of a K&N filter. Just clean and oil it with a K&N recharge kit.

Thanks all John __________________ 93' Mustang w/ a stock 302 block, E303 cam, 3.73 gears, Pulleys, Edelbrock Performer upper and lower, Edlebrock 70mm throttle body, gt40 heads 1.94 intake, 1.60 exhaust, 1.6 roller rockers, American Thunder exhaust, BBK cold air intake, BBK off road H-pipe, BBK 1-5/8 shorties, AOD with shift kit and 15* timing.
