Default 10 mins after drive Code 41 & 91 5.0 HO 1989

Ok guys I've been reading, clear the codes drive like 10-12 miles gets the check engine light, codes are 41 & 91. Car runs fine all the time, problem is e-check in Ohio, shows my NO2 emission to high, egr valve works fine, i'm thinking O2 sensors but was told could be secondary air injection solenoid, don't want to invest in alot of parts I don't need. Anyway to check O2 sensors ?
By the way high mileage 165,000 but it runs great

the code 91 is a rediculous code. if you haven't changed the 02 with that mileage then go for it. it won't hurt anyting. i am suprised your getting caught with the emissions stuff. do u have headers and off road pipes at all?
