Default H-Pipe w/conv.

I am looking to buy an h-pipe w/cat. online. The best price I have seen is $369.99 + shipping for BBK. Anyone know of a better price for this online, catalog, etc?

Way to expensive.. If you want used, you can get one on EBAY for cheap.. 50 bucks, or less even. If you want new, get yourself a 5.0L magazine and shop around. I got one once for $249.00 .. thats a decent price.. over that is way to much...

I've occasionally seen ads for the "cheap" catalytic equipped H-pipes.

More often than not, though, you will find that 2.5" hi-flow catalytic equipped H-pipes run around the $400 range.

Good luck,

he said "with" cats.

you'll never touch a catted aftermarket h pipe for under $150-$200 used or so for a good name brand.

I don't think I'd be comfortable with buying an h-pipe with used cats.

Thanks for the info.

FYI I( found an OEM quad cat h-pipe w/air tube and all install hardware for $275.00 at go-parts.com

They have tune up kits, etc. for quite a discount, and they say it is all OEM product.

I think they also have a "decent" price on the stock H-pipe with 4 cats at www.mustangsunlimted.com

If you're spending $250-$275 for a new stock setup, though, I say go for one of the hi-flow pipes for an extra $100 or so...
