![]() I think I've determined that my MAF is faulty. (not %100 sure though)
The dealer wants over $300 for a genuine Ford reman MAF and so does fordpartsnetwork.com. The local auto parts dealers sell remans in the $75 to $90 range. With a stock intake ('89 LX-5.0L), what is my best option for buying an MAF? Or are there any other choices out there other than the Ford dealer and the parts stores? Thanks in advance, Phil |

![]() I just bought 2 stock mass air meters for 12 bux each off of ebay. They are not new but they work just fine.

![]() you can get one from ebay for cheaper but obviously it could be crappy too, autozone and such has stock units for about 90 bucks, I would get a 70MM pro-m or granettelli mass air with just because the stock MAF is the #1 bottle neck in your Intake trac. So for a little bit more you might get a few more HP out of your motor. Plus they look cool too.
