Question Head Rebuild ?

I'm going to mildly port my stocker heads while I have the lower end rebuilt. And I wanted to rebuld the heads myself. I was thinking of going with 1.7 roller rockers since I'm not going with a new cam. Those stud mounts are easy to install right?? And as far as valve springs, I'm lost... So any input with those would help. And should I replace those valves.. or just clean them up ... 3 angle valve job.. ?? I dunno what to do yet.

Thanx.
