suspension questions

I have a 91 four banger mustang with a 5.0 in it. The car sit's very low so what i was wondering is if 5.0 springs would fit and would they work.
I was also wondering if 16' pony rims would fit on my four banger

yes for the wheels and im pretty sure on the springs
