Back of my dash, i noticed where the windshield mates, there is a black silicone kinda stuff there, of course it is the sealer, but i never noticed it swelled up like it is, could it be the heat? or am i tweaking my body racing it like i do?

sorry for stupid q's but it looks ugly.
