Definately some good advice above, it wasnt easy running in the 13's with my coupe, i guess i got a perfect launch, actually i let it roll out everytime, cant shock the tires, or suspension.

ok now i have a question, since we are on the subject, i have 3.27's and a 5sp, should i stay in 3rd? unit maybe you can give me some advice, it does feel like it is not pulling anymore right before i cross the line, so i usually hit 4th, cause it feels tached out (stock tach) i had 3.08s when i bought it, but never ran at the strip, since i have my h-pipe, i may be able to pull longer in 3rd, what you think unit?

I Will Be Racing Next Friday & Saturday, So I NEED To Break 14s.

I Have New Tires In My Room, But I Dont Know If They Will Do Much More For Traction.

Also, I Have BBK 1-5/8" Equal Legnth Shortys In My Room, But Am Waiting To Do My Whole Exhaust At Once.

Cool

A short belt and icing down the intake picked up my friends car from a 15.01 to a 14.60 two weeks ago at the track (92convertible with an AOD) we'd already removed the passenger seat and the RH headlite asembly...he has a K&N up there.
Nobody asked if you are running synthetics???
There's some ET there too, we'll set you up at good prices...check the webpage below.
Good luck and have fun!!!
Later, Gene.
