Default which valve stems do I need?

The rules state that I will need metal valve stems on my wheels if I run slicks.
I was looking through Summit and was wondering which style stems I need...short, flush, or long.
Screw-in or push in type...or is that personal preference?
My first test & tune session begins in two weeks and I'm trying to get last minute parts around to pass tech inspection.
