Help me save some money :D
I'm looking to buy an Accufab 70mm TB and EGR spacer. I found them at Holcomb for $269.00 for both but I know I've seen them cheaper. Anyone know of any lower prices? It would sure help me out.
Also, anyone have any comments on the Accufab TB's - good or bad? Do they come with a TPS? Thanks a lot. ------------------ Gunning for 12's! Buy your parts here ICQ# 42269241 |

Hey Kev, hows things going? Let me know if you find them cheaper as I am getting a 75mm soon, the cheapest I have found has been $269 and they don't come with a TPS or Idle Bypass, but are very stunning, shiny and nice quality stuff, I also like the Holley's

I considered the Holley TB, but for the extra money I didn't think it would be worth it. I do like the look of the Holley TB's better, especially the EGR spacer. I was going to order from JD's Performance because they have them for $255, but I went ahead and ordered from Race Parts 2 to see how they were to deal with, plus my wife wouldn't let me use the credit card LOL. It was $269 from them for the TB and EGR spacer, but they had C.O.D. which JD's didn't. So actually I got reamed, but I don't think I'll be complaining too much when I get the TB. I've seen them on other cars at the track and they are beautiful pieces.
After I got to work today I was thinking though that I could have just made an EGR spacer out of aircraft aluminum and saved a few bucks. We have some perfect sized chunks of aluminum that were supposed to be made into parts but went through the fire so the customer decided to send more material. ------------------ Gunning for 12's! Well, I found out how they were to deal with. I ordered a 70mm TB and EGR spacer and got this...
Not a TB and EGR spacer. Just the TB. And does anyone wanna guess what size it is??? Hint: It's definately not a 70mm and it would probably kill my low end so bad my car wouldn't even begin to roll from a 2500rpm launch But I do have one thing to say that is a plus... These Accufab TB's are KICK@SS! It's polished to a mirror finsh. No exaggeration at all. ------------------ Gunning for 12's!
