Anyone using MAC prochamber and Magnaflow/Borla, or Ultraflows??
My 8 yr. old dynomax cat back is sounding as if there is something loose inside one of the mufflers so I'm looking to get something else. I've heard the comments about only using an x-pipe with straight thru mufflers but I'm wondering how the prochamber sounds with straight thru type mufflers.
Thanks, David |

I have a full MAC system with the Pro Chamber and MAC Flowpath mufflers in the cat-back. This is one of the best sounding exhaust systems I have ever heard on a Stang. I have sound clips on the Mustang Warehouse website. You can hear them here... http://www.mustangwarehouse.com/exha...und-clips.html
You can hear how raspy it gets at higher RPMs. It is a fairly loud exhaust system so if that's what you want then you'll love it. It's hard to hear inside my car, but I also have the rear seat and carpet removed. Mustang Warehouse also has some of the best prices on MAC stuff too so get with Jeff there and tell him Kevin sent ya. ------------------ Gunning for 12's! Buy your parts here ICQ# 42269241 |
