Angry Rattle/Jerk/Bog, what more????

Hey everyone. Need some help. I have a 93 5.0 LX. hope this is the right board.

ISSUES:
1) Bogs out at 30-40mph
2) rattling noise when i reach about 40-45mph. sound coming from underneath but more in the front. sounds like a penny inside and hitting metal really fast.
3) OD goes out when i reach 40mph but comes back if under that
4) jerks really bad if drive for awhile. jerks as though no gas is flowing or something. just imagine coughing continously. see how your chest moves in and out that is how my car is doing but jerking motion.

I got emission test done and O2 sensor and throttle body valve came up. so i replaced them.I also replaced fuel filter, strainer, fuel pump, changed to ford racing wires 9mm and changed DC & rotor

Anybody have any suggestions on reasons for my "issues"
I know i cant be the only mustang that has experience bogging out and the jerking? I HOPE NOT! ha ha ha

I plan to have my transmission rebuilt, change rear end to 3:73's and change exhaust to H-pipe w/converters 2.5. I will keep my flowmaster 40 series.

I just dont know if it is better to rebuild or to buy transmission.
Any advice is greaty appreciated!

Heres a couple of simple checks first.

TPS Voltage The TPS can do strange things.

Fuel pressure.

Try going 40 mph in different gears. See what speed it makes the noises. Then put the car in 2nd gear and go 40. If the noise is at 40 no matter what the gear, its probably in the driveline, wheels, front or back, rearend, driveshaft. If the noise comes in either gear but different speeds, its motor tranny related. This will give you a place to start looking.

Check TPS voltage before messing with it.

Do a search on how to check/set voltage.

Gotcha, so i just need to check to see how much voltage it's suppose to have and then take it from there?

I will do a search for TPS info

Thanks!
