It depends if you have the small or big bellhousing. The small bell-housing C-4 uses the same 157 tooth config as the T-5. The big bell C-4 uses the same flywheel config as the AOD 164 tooth.

Be careful on what bolt spacing you have for the torque converter. The big bell usually has 11 7/16 (not exactly sure, but it is 11 and a fraction) inches. The small bell usually has the 10 1/2 bolt spacing (I believe you measure diagonally across the torque converter studs).

Your stock starter will work with either configuration as long as you stay consistent (164 tooth flywheel with big bell, 157 tooth with small bell) because where the starter mounts to the bellhousing is altered so the same starter will work.

You can use the stock AOD flexplate if you buy a torque converter with the bigger stud spacing for the torque converter. I bought a Coan for my buddy's car and it had the 10 1/2 inch bolt spacing, so we had to go buy a new flexplate. We thought we could just use the AOD flexplate, so be careful and specify to the torque converter manufacturer what you have.

Sorry for rambling on, I haven't been online in probably a couple of months. I hop I helped.
