Default Question for C-4 gurus

I'm asking this question for a friend of mine.
Is it important to have kickdown linkage hooked up for increased line pressure and tranny life if you don't have a manual valve body?

Default Re: Question for C-4 gurus

No, the lack a manual kick down linkage on a C-4 would only mean that you won't get a downshift at WOT. In fact I do disconnect mine when I dyno the car so as not to get a downshift when the operator nails the throttle on the dyno in 3rd gear..
