What Octane Gas To Use ?
Hey Guys I No This Is A Dum Question But What Gas Should I Use In My Motor:check Specs.

You will make the most power with regular 87 octane fuel. Using more octane than you need hurts performance.

You compression ratio has a whole lot to do with it. If you have high compression and use 87 octane, you will get pre-ignition. This is the reason for using higher octane fuel. Like dark5.0 said, higher octane hurts performance. When you run higher octane than needed, you will get a lot of carbon build up. Which hurts performance in the end. Even though you don't have yor C/R listed, I agree with Dark 5.0. 87 octane will probably suit you best.
