Cool what do you guys thing

well i went to the track and this is what i ran a 12.45 @ 110 with a 1.7 go foot with no traction diveces or slicks just on a plain all season tire and i let off at the end cause i didnt want to shift 5th

I think that you'd have no problems going mid 11's on slicks and not letting off at the end. What are your mods? 12.45 on streets is an awesome time. What were your RPM's at that it made you let off?

he ran out of gear at the top of 4th so he just got off it..the car has a 75 shot on top of heads, cam , and gears..what do you think we are capable of running with a 100 shot and slicks?..i dont know about you guys but have you ever seen a msuatng do a 1.7 60ft with dunlop all seasons and only thing doen to suspension is a removed fromt sway bar..im still in awe that he got it and i was there!!

WOW! That's killer. What model of Dunlops were you running? I have the SP Sport 8000 series and they won't hook anywhere near that good. I don't have an accurate time since the gear swap, but I'm just hoping for at least a 1.9 on Nitto's.

Yeah what model Dunlops? I have GT Qualifiers on mine and I think they hook awesome, especially becuase they were cheaper so I just bought them to get me through the year.

I have never seen 1.7 -60' times on a standard radial. You must have set a record with that or the timer malfunctioned.

i think they are the 8000's..yea the track was REAL sticky that day..alot of 10 sec cars running slicks so rubba and vht were a plenty..damn if its any kinda warm out those things hook like hell but they just discontunued them(at least in that size)...o well..i dont thk the timmer malfuncted becasue he ran 1.9 and 2 1.8's right b4 that

I've ripped off 1.9's twice on my BFG Comp TA ZR1's......track conditions and weather were pretty much ideal though. 1.7 is damn impressive
