Running rich and high!
1989 302 HO just put her back toghether after full rebuild, all new parts on bottom end. She runs great but runs really rich. i put new oxygen sensors, brand new ignition system, new injectors (19#). i just put a new idle control valve on and it idles at about 1800 rpm cant get it to idle lower with the valve connected. timing is 12 degrees. I am guessing it is a vacuum problem but i cannot find a leak. Anybody have a vacuum diagram other than the unreadable ones that come on the fan shroud? It is possibly a bad computer as i am unable to pull codes???(havent figured that one yet). Any ideas?

Re: Running rich and high!
If it's leaking THAT bad, it's gonna be a HUGE vacuum leak. Check the PCV and canister purge lines...you know, the ones up underneath the upper manifold? The ones God would have a problem getting to?
