Default should i be pleased?

89 GT, just got done installing stock ported e7's, edelbrock performer rpm intake, e303 stick, 65mm tb. already had hooker shorties, bassani o/r xpipe, flowmasters, 1.6 roller rockers, and kirban adj. regulator, of course a k&n. anyway i put it on my future brother in law's chassis dyno, and i got 240 rwhp @5250rpm and 280rwtq @4200 rpm. i thought the e would pull alot further than that. also stock injectors and of course i havent' got a chip yet so the rev limiter i'm thinking might have messed me up. 14degrees of base timing. let me know what you guys think of this, and no i didn't dyno it before hand. i feel like an idiot for not doing that.

That should mean about 300 hp at the flywheel. Not too bad for those mods. Have you run it at the track? That's the real "proof of the pudding".
