speed density vs carb
anyone run speed density with major mods with any success?my 86 is ready for its new motor.flat tops x 303 cam gt 40 heads.want to spray it maybe a carb? maybe stay with speed density Dont want to change to mass air like every other mustang lol thanx

The cam is the only mod you need to be careful with and I don't think the X cam is gonna work out well - SD needs good idle vacuum to get idle fuel mixture right. A Crower 15511, Crane 2030/2031 or Comp XE270 with 114 LCA are known cams that work and make good power.
