![]() Definitely a cable problem. If it's a stock "self" adjuster, grab the pedal with your hand, and pull up towards the dash. You'll hear a little "zip" sound, sorta like a wire tie makes.
If not, adjust it at the firewall, or clutch fork, whichever setup you have.
