![]() Good luck with that! Off the top of my head, I don't know of anyone making a "kit" for that swap.
First place I would check is Saleen, Roush, etc. Not too many people throwing 351's into SN95 chassis.

![]() Don't bother, unless you have a massive attachment to the car.
You'll need, engine, transmission, rear end, cooling system, complete electrical system, accessory brackets, exhaust and suspension parts. It's going to run you quite a bit of money to do the swap the right way. Is the '96 V-6 K-member any different than the SN95 5.0 cars? I know the V-6 used to use the same K member from like 79-86. It wouldn't surprise me if they were the same again in 94-95 with the 96-98 V-6s also keeping it. The motor mount kits for the 351W in the fox bodies are to lower the engine so the stock hood can close. I don't know if it's needed for the SN95 cars, but probably. I really don't know much about the swap except A) There are almost no 351W's that were good for anything but boat anchors from the factory, B) The swap is going to be a royal pain to do it right, C) If you don't do it right you're going to have parts breaking right and left, and D) I hope you don't need to pass emissions. |

![]() Try FRPP, the 1995 Cobra R had the 351 in it and they sell 351 crate motors. I think the best bet for a swap for that year would be a 4v 4.6. A 94-95 GT would be a better choice for a 351 swap or a fox body.

![]() I believe the fox parts should fit, since Ford had the 5.0 in the 94-95 and put the 351w in the 95 Cobra R. Call Ford Racing Tech @ (586)468-1356, they have helped me out on questions I've had, and if anyone knows for sure they do.
