![]() Just received my performer rpm manifold and noticed this has no rear cross over water port runners, is this going to cause a problem for a daily driver? And why did they leave out the rear cross over ports? won't this cause the car to run hotter?

![]() It will be fine, the early 289 and 302's dont use a rear crossover.

![]() As Dark Knight said, "It's normal". Most manifolds don't have the rear cross over.

![]() So they can go on either side of the engine
![]() Otherwise you'd need left and right specific heads... The crossover is used in later engines for more temp oriented switches..
