Wideband always showing lean??
Gents,
My wideband is calibrated and working correctly. It is mounted 20 inches behind the right 02 sensor. My Anderson PMS is confirming the lean condition, but it's tougher since it reads the stock 02's and they bounce back and forth. I've got the FPR cranked up to 50 psi and it's still reading 15-16:1 on the wideband readout. The Anderson is still bouncing back and forth around .46 with 50 psi. Is the A9L just adjusting the pulse width of the injector to counter the greater pressure? I've always suspected I've been running lean. I added some fuel to my table on the PMS and it didn't help much. Mind you, all of this was done at idle. With MAC flowpaths and an off-road H-pipe, could the absence of back pressure be messing up the wideband readout? Thanks, John

Re: Wideband always showing lean??
Sounds like the car is running fine to me. Take the car out and drive it around, I'd bet that it may get a little leaner when at cruising speed, this is done for fuel economy. It'll richen up when you go WOT.

Re: Wideband always showing lean??
Yeah, it is running well.
I guess I'll do some distance runs over several miles at fixed rpms and see what the wideband says then. Thanks and Longbows are sweet..
