Question Ceramic and chrome headers:please help

I need some help and fast please. I have found a new set of BBK longtube headers and matching h-pipe online. The owner says that the headers are ceramic, but the seller(his friend) says that they are chrome. All I have to go on is the pictures that he is sending me. I know what you're thinking...how did they buy it? They got them on ebay and never used them. They couldn't sell them at the asking price so they are offering them to me as one of the high bidders. If they are new, I know it is a good price for the set even if the headers are chrome, but it will really seal the deal if they are ceramic. Please take a look at the pictures and tell me what you think. I always thought chrome was much shinier, while cermic had a dull luster like these do. Please tell me what you think. He said that he can't find a part number anywhere.

Thanks much!

I dunno, hard to tell from the photos. The headers appear to be ceramic coated, the h-pipe is plain stainless.
If they are chrome, there is no orange peel to the surface texture, they are glass smoothe. THe ceramic coated ones have a sprayed on look...
Here are my ceramic coated ones:

Thanks. After looking at various pictures of chrome vs ceramic coating, I think they might be ceramic coated, which makes for a GREAT deal!!! I will be bolting on to my 92 GT an Explorer intake, a 65mm throttle body with 67mm spacer, and now the bbk longtubes/h-pipe. I'm still trying to find some 96-97 explorer heads, and I want to order the Dynonax ultra flo welds for a quiet sound and 3.55's for a balance of hole shot and highway economy.

I live in Houston, TX and the place I used to go to to get my headers ceramic coated is closed down. If anyone knows of a place somewhere around Houston or whatever that does that stuff please tell me. Hope to get someone's response.
