Default Inline fuel pump

hey guys, well i have a 92 mustang gt which Im planning on having ready by this summer. and as a first timer, im trying to install the inline fuel pump to help me feed the monster. Its a 450 gph furl pump. My only question would be, from where do i tap into the ignition. I was thinking i could tap a wire thats already going to my in-tank pump but which one?

what should i do??

thanks..

Default Re: Inline fuel pump

If U wanna tap in, use a multimeter to find which wire is hot only with the ignition on. But, U may run the risk of overloading a circuit, or amperage problems or sumthing (I don't know a whole lot about that stuff). Its not hard to just run a dedicated line from the fusebox to the pump. Plus, you get peace of mind
