slop in the steering
I've noticed some slop in my steering lately. is the steering gear usally the problem area. It sounds like there is a mild clunk noise from the gearbox when i turn the steering wheel back and forth.
Does the entire steering box need to be replaced if this is the problem. Thanks |

sounds like the rack and pinion is shot..make sure theres no slop in the steering shaft or tie rods...the rack is only like 100 for a reman
