you can get a cai for 40 on ebay the air fiter it comes wit is a pos but the rest of it is good.i dont really like the e cam or any of the ford racing cams theres better choices.but i did like the b-cam with 1.7 rockers the best but i had everything to go with the cam ported heads with good springs,edelbrock intake 70mm tbody 73 maf housing full exhaust.you really gotta have every thing to "support the cam or your car will run slower. basically the key to more hp in terms every one can understand is flowing as much air and fuel as possiable efficently.so basically dont exspect much untill you get an intake tbody maf cai and atleast ported e7 or gt40 heads
