I put on my motorsport kit and done been through almost 10 belts. Is there a trick to this. I think i remember someone saying you can flip the tensioner over? I dont know?Can someone help as I am ready to get rid of my power steeringand only run crank, alt., and water pump pulley.thanks.

If you click on my signature you will find a picture of my engine bay. I have flipped the tensioner over using the March brackets, eliminated the AC and air pump.
But, the motorsport bracket should work just fine. I would check the alignment and tension. The tensioner has a range marked on the face of it, see if the pointer is within the range. Hope that helps. ------------------ fordgasm CLICK HERE to see my 87 GT |
