Question experts on 3:73 changing, help !

I asked Downs Ford, performance motorsports, and was told that besides the ring and pinion kit, all I would need is pinion bearing and speedo gear. Is it correct?
I need to know exactly, because it'll be an foreign order.
Thanks in advance

the ring and pinion set only comes with the gears. you will also need the install kit (basically includes; bearings, crush sleeve, pinion seal, shims & marking paste).

not sure which speedo gear you need, but yes you will need one.

unless specified, the kit does'nt usually contain the axle seals and bearings (as long as you have it apart, you may as well replace them)...

good luck.

I've been through 5.0 magazine in search for ads on gear sets, and no one mention the install kit; however, maybe if I contact'em and ask for it they may include in the order.
Any suggestions on where to order. Better if next to Orlando.
Thanks again!

Summit has always treated me well and has been prompt on delivery

they have the gears and the install kit, i cant remember how much the kit is though, sorry, you'll just have to ask when you call to order

most places that sell the gears should have the install kit aswell
