Post 70/30's and 50/50's with FMS "C" Springs?

Could I run 70/30 struts and 50/50 shocks with FMS C springs? What will these struts and shocks do for my car with my setup? i was thinking about Lakewood Drag shocks/struts. Any comments would be appreciated as I am going to buy these as soon as tomorrow, thanks.
