Regarding the PIH kit.

The #45 pin hole in the body plug should be empty. I plugged in the white wire from the BAP and just let it loose in the kick panel. Since it just measures the barometric pressure it doesn't matter where the sensor goes. That is what took the longest during my install, we kept counting and double counting the wires to make sure we got it right.
I never did find out how to adjust the fan controller. I turned the low and high speed pots all the way up. They say something about hooking up a voltmeter but don't say how to adjust using one. How did you like stretching the #8 wire all the way to the #19 hole? Hope this helps. Be sure to let me know how it turns out. |
