It is very simple get your subframes and H-pipe installed then:
1.Headers 2.Intake 3.Vortech S-Trim with 12# or so OR Turbo system Then be done with it! I am sure that will get you 11's with slicks (or very close). Plus if you don't run it like a raped ape then you will retain near-stock gas mileage.
