how much would it cost for me to switch my Aod out of my 89 5.0 lx to a t-5

I have seen it cost as little as $700 with all used parts and doing it yourself, to upwards of $1600 with an all-in-one kit from MPS. Check out http://members.aol.com/black306 for a sweet AOD - T5 page.
