![]() OK guys and gals, lets here your opinions on this one. I'll looking towards the Pro-M 77 or the 83 like Dan has. Anybody had any real world experience with them and big blower setups? Thanks all!

![]() Well...since you've got a cogged Novi, I'm assuming this one serious motor. Those cog drives are just too damn noisy for the street. That said, I'd go with the 83mm MAF. That thing should flat out flow and even though the Pro-M 77mm MAF is a darn good piece, I think the 83mm would ultimately give better performance.

![]() I have a pro-m 83 meter on my car. I haven't had any problems with it. I was a little surprised at how big it really is.

![]() Hey SisuStang, those are some respectable #'s your're getting out of your car. The cog thing really wasn't an issue, it's just that you know there won't be any belt slip and I an looking at CFM capablities.
How much boost are you pullied for? How does the car idle for you, as I hear these MAF generally have the best idle characteristics. Whatever your doing, sounds like it's working great. |

![]() Oh ya....I'm assuming you have the shortie style meter? And also, how big of an air filter is on the MAF? Thanks again!
