HELP!!! PCV VALVE POPPING OUT!!!
Ok, got the blower on. Now I have a bigger problem. My PCV valve in the back of the motor keeps popping out and gushing oil out after acceleration. What is causing this?
Is it because my by-pass vaccum line tees into the FMU vaccum that goes into the back of my intake?? Have you done a leakdown test lately? Sounds like some wicked blow-by.

But I am not burning any oil. It has good oil pressure, and it runs strong.
Is there anything else it could be. ------------------ Dustin TFS Street Intakes,TFS TW Heads, TFS #2 cam, Crane 1.6 rr's, Bassani Full lengths,Bassani short X-pipe, American thunder Cat back, 3.55's. More to come... |

Just found this out. Even though I lost so much oil, it still shows full on the dip stick. Could too much oil cause this problem?

You might have a venting problem. I had a similar crankcase pressure problem. When I built my 347 I had so much pressure I was blowing out the seal at the back of my intake manifold, even though I had an open breather on each valve cover. I had to setup a good suckin pcv system to vent the crankcase
Just something to consider, hope it helps. ------------------ 347, 279/284 .493/.510, TFS TW, Stealth, 750, Flowtech hdrs, Dr. Gas X, 2 Chmbr Flowmaster, MSD 6AL-Dist.& SS coil, Art Carr C-4, Currie 9" w/3.55, alum Drv Shft, susp mods, 4 wheel power disc In a 66 coupe |

Dustin, do you still have that tube that connects from the valve cover to the throttle body connected?
