BTW - Hey, I am all for the cheap mods, but if people are so worried about this, why not just save your money and buy a used C&L 73mm??? I looked around and bought my 73 for $75 of a local forum. You people tell me you cant come up with $75??? Hell, I got my current 80 off of Ebay for $120. 2tone-pony - Glad this worked for ya, a 2 MPH increase is very nice. Have like a cardomain website or some thing with pics of the car? also, fill out that signature, Ackbar like signatures

Ackbar - Not to start another debate here, but essentially forced induction does increase your compression. While technically you still may have a 9:1 compression ratio, you are cramming more air into that mixture before the compression begins, essentially raising your ratio. This would be one of the reasons blown applications require higher octane fuel....the octane essentially slows down the burn process, which is needed because of the increased instability of a highly compressed mixture.

If the supercharged motor needs the 15/32 hole what about a naturally aspirated motor ? Would the hole be the same and keep the fuel press. the same or bump it up two or three pounds? My brother has a junk yard with a lot of T-birds & cougar's but what years will work? or what is the (mm) size of the meter?
