Just for comparison, I have a 95 Gt coupe w/ manual, and i get about 220-230 on a tank when i drive carefully (all city driving). When i drive for fun i get about 190-200 a tank. I have the stock gears too. My timing was at 14*, but the hot florida weather got to my engine and i had to retard it to 12*. Thats weird that you don't get good mileage.
