Actually Chris I think it is easier to just use my my impact to get the bolt out.

In all seriousness though to the guy thast pried his balancer off you need to look very closely at your balancer and if any of the elastomer looks like it is starting to come out then i would look into getting a new balance as soon as money permitted. It is a big no-no to pry on the balancer. If you look around you can get good sfi approved balancers for around 150 (not cat although i have never had a prolem with cat's stuff when used in its intended application).

I gotta pick on you a little chris... It seems that you answer all the posts i would be intrested in aswering with an answer so close to what i would say i usually don't post to keep from saying the same thing twice.

LOL! I need to get off my butt and swap out the injectors in my truck. If I keep putting it off, work will prevent me from having the time. I just hate working on my own vehicles.

Um, I can only assume that you put "peck" in there, and if so, why is it censored?
