The E-cam and the porting we did help alot. the car runs great and idel's at 900RPM. Anyways, I think a E-cam does do a diffrence. the car was check by a Pro here in Miami that only works on mustang and he's Top dog here. he said's my car runs to strong with the mods I have, meaning that it's rare that he see's that. Still I guess trooper Mustangs have slighty modified heads and other things. Even without the mods I have, the car run strong and keep up with other mild mod mustangs See i agree with you man, i realize they are stock e7's, but my car seems like a freak or something, i have alot of people not believeing what little i have done to my car, it just outruns other stangs with the same, sometimes more mods? police stangs are bad mofos i guess, i dont know why? if everythings the same as stock mustangs except oil cooler, and other little stuff.

yes, some mustangs run much better than others. I can assure you this has nothing to do with being a police stang or not. This is the case with all the mustangs, and as stated above police stangs had the same basic engine, so rest assured, your car may run well, but its not because its an ex-police car.

I wonder why everyone i talk to, ask me if my car "still has the chip" I tell them no, but i have one in it I installed, i say SSP stangs didnt have a performance chip, and they swear they did, even a couple mechanics told me? they must be getting wrong info, but you think the computer could have been just a little more aggressive?

Crown Vic P71's had more aggressive EEC programming. Maybe that's what they were thinking of.
