Default five bolt wheel changeover

Any easy options to get me out of four bolt wheels & into five bolt. I'm no road racer so dont really want to change over to cobra setup. Was told ranger 2wd front rotor's will work up front. Any easy options for the rear?? 85 gt. thanks, timmyo

two left side Ranger axles. or get a set of axles from a 94-98 v6 stang with no anti lock rear brakes .... ranger rear drums. or if you can find a complete rear out of a stang without anti lock you could do the rear wheel 5 lug and disc brakes swap. Thats what im doing with Ranger axles.

Since he has an 85 model his spindles wont accept the common 5 lug Lincoln rotor swap. He will have to get a set of later model spindles ( 87-93 5.0 4 cly car spindles are the same as what he has now ) He will need to get a set of late model spindles and brakes with calipers. You can use the factory v8 calipers wit hthe 5 lug rotors, you dont have to have the lincoln rotors.

So, I have a 90. I could use the lincoln rotors? I'm not really clear on this, and it may sound dumb, but are the lug bolts themselves on the spindle? If so, I could just get the whole setup off of a lincoln?

You don't need the whole setup if your car is a '90 model, all you need is the 5 lug lincoln/SVO front rotors (any parts house has these cheap - tell them you need the front rotors off a '85 SVO mustang)...they fit with your stock spindles and calipers. The studs go thru the rotor not the spindle. The rotor is held on to the spindle by the bearings and a center nut under the grease cap in the center of the rotor.
