Cool

I would say that is a good guess of where you will be. I have seen a few cars fly with the X cam. You may want to call a cam builder and see what they recomend the if it fall close to the specs of the X, buy the X. Good luck, hope you go fast, later Jason

The extra lift will let the heads breathe a ton more, the x will work much better. The B cam was made to run with fairly restrictive head ports so it isn't a great cam with a really good set of heads.
I'm planning on swapping mine for a Comp cams XE 270.

We're looking at the X303, AFR185s, the Typon intake on our 88GT stang project.

Any comments on this combo?

Current mods:
LT headers, underdrive pullies, 3.73s, aluminum driveshaft, 75-100 shot of juice.

What would the x303 do for a car with stock heads?

Cool

With stock heads, the X would not be good. Ported and big valves, shaved, then a B or a E would be O.K.
